Cozeva is 100% Interoperable with all Direct Trust HISPs

PALO ALTO, C.A., – Cozeva, by Applied Research Works, Inc. (ARW), a health information technology and services company that specializes in real-time metrics for value-based healthcare, is proud to announce that Cozeva is 100% interoperable with all DirectTrust Health Information Service Providers (HISPs). Cozeva dedicated itself to the rigorous process of auditing and testing in order to become a Direct Trust Health Information Service Provider (DTAAP HISP) as certified by Electronic Healthcare Network Accreditation Commission (EHNAC). The interoperability testing by DirectTrust ensures that messages containing personal health information are encrypted, securely relayed between two trusted parties, and decrypted precisely as intended. Cozeva has demonstrated its commitment to interoperability by being among an elite group of companies who are 100% completely interoperable. “It’s like demonstrating that we can speak and be understood by all DirectTrust HISPs, while strictly maintaining privacy end to end,” explains Amitava Maulik, VP of Engineering, and Privacy and Security Officer at Cozeva. “Cozeva is proud to be a DirectTrust member. Our membership demonstrates our commitment to creating interoperable technology which enables secure data sharing between vendors so that doctors on Cozeva can seamlessly communicate with other doctors and other members of the healthcare community with assurance that their messages are secure.” DirectTrust functionality is significant because it allows doctors not only to securely message other doctors and patients within the Cozeva system, but it allows doctors to also securely share messages, including referrals, clinical summaries, and attachments, with other doctors who are outside of the Cozeva system. Providers can message any doctor in any DirectTrust system and be guaranteed that their message will be successful. When providers use Cozeva as their email service, they can be assured that their message will have the widest reach. Amitava Maulik added, “We’re proud to be certified at all levels that allow us to serve our clients better. Our goal is to be completely interoperable as a health information exchange for health systems and health plans, and as an electronic health record (EHR) and health information service provider (HISP) for providers.” For more information about Cozeva, go to www.cozeva.com.
