You Missed It! Cozeva’s Annual User Group Meeting

Team Cozeva presenting during a session

October 9 -11th, Applied Research Works, Inc. hosted its largest Cozeva User Group Meeting to date! With almost 100 users and potential users in attendance at the beautiful Loews Resort in Coronado Bay (near San Diego), each day was jam-packed with informative presentations made by ARW’s CEO, Shaibal Roy, where he pledged “responsible growth”, client-led best practices’ sessions, and Analytics workshops.

ARW unveiled the latest module — CozevaBridge. The objective for CozevaBridge is to provide transparency for both the provider group and health plan to collaboratively close data gaps, so that provider organizations can focus on the real gaps in care. By presenting CozevaBridge, ARW was able to receive valuable feedback and questions that had not been previously addressed. Look forward to CozevaBridge launching in Q1 2020 in partnership with Health Net.

The recap of 2019’s core enhancements to Cozeva included a major revamp of the patient care details page, editable supplemental data, and performance statistics in order to easily visualize previous-year versus current-year trends. ARW also introduced a peer-to-peer chat in Cozeva, enterprise-level support pages, and a de-identified training environment. It was a busy year for Cozeva as all of these enhancements were made possible through the feedback of our active Cozeva users who coined the nickname “Cozeva Champions”. Cozeva Champions received awards in four categories:

  1. Highest Login Count determined by the total number of logins from Q1 till the beginning of Q4
  2. The highest number of total supplemental data submitted by providers, delegates, regional support, and customer support users
  3. Highest HCC Recapture Rate determined by the compliance count over the eligible count
  4. Highest Overall Cozeva Usage determined by login count per active user
