We are actively seeking high-quality individuals to join our medical coding team, contributingsignificantly to our clients' Quality and Risk submission processes. Successful candidates willcollaborate with Certified Risk Coders and Supervisors, engaging in daily chart reviews.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with Certified Risk Coders and Supervisors on daily chart reviews.
• Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of ICD-10 codes.
• Follow client specific guidelines wherever applicable & working as per client updates and coding thecharts accordingly.
• Meet the productivity targets of clients within the stipulated time.
• Utilize comprehensive knowledge of medical terminologies.
• Apply experience in medical coding; CPC (Certified Professional Coder) or similar certification ishighly preferable.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
• Showcase excellent interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT codes.
• Experience: Previous 1-3 year’s experience in medical coding.
• CPC (Certified Professional Coder) or similar certification (preferred but not mandatory).
• Skills: Proficiency in medical terminologies.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and standard typing speed.
