We are expanding our Project & Program Management Office (PMO) and seeking highly experienced leaders who can drive complex healthcare transformation initiatives —managing both individual large projects and enterprise-wide programs depending on client needs.

Role Summary

As a Project/Program Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of healthcare projects and programs for payers and providers. You will manage client relationships, multi-disciplinary teams, budgets, and risks while ensuring alignment with value-based care goals and regulatory requirements.

This role requires the ability to operate at both levels:

• Project Manager Mode → Directly manage end-to-end delivery of complex, high impact projects.
• Program Manager Mode → Provide strategic oversight of multiple interrelated projects, working closely with client executives and internal leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of healthcare projects/programs, from initiation through execution.
• Manage strategic client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and escalation point.
• Oversee project/program governance, scope, budgets, schedules, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (technology, data analytics, release & operations) across one or more projects.
• Deliver executive-level reporting and dashboards for client leadership and internal stakeholders.
• Support pre-sales activities including solution demos, proposals, and client presentations.
• Track, manage & report resource capacity planning for projects/programs.
• Mentor junior project managers; foster PMO maturity and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

Required

• 10–20 years of project/program management experience (having experience in U.S. healthcare IT or payer/provider projects/operations will be added advantage).
• Proven ability to manage both single large-scale projects and multi-project programs.
• Hands-on experience on data integrations and data analytics projects.
• Exceptional executive stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience or exposure to data analysis and business analysis.
• Good understanding of SDLC, Agile & Waterfall process.
• Demonstrated ability to scale delivery leadership (switching between project and program management as needed).
• Track record of mentoring and growing PM teams.
• Willing to pick-up challenging projects involving multiple cross functional stakeholders.
• Willing to work in extended office hours and US time zone.

Preferred

• Experience with health plans, ACOs, provider groups, or CMS projects/programs.
• Background in healthcare SaaS, population health analytics, or risk adjustment.
• Having knowledge on healthcare interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7, X12) and compliance (HIPAA, CMS, NCQA) will be added advantage.
• Nice to have PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalent certification.
