Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Junior Technical Support Specialist to joinour DAV and Outbound Data Operations team. This entry-level role supports the day-to-dayexecution of critical business operations, quality checks, project coordination, anddocumentation. The ideal candidate will be proactive, analytically minded, and comfortablenavigating both technical tools and cross-functional communications.

This is a high-impact role that acts as a connector between our developers, data delivery team,and client success team, ensuring the seamless flow of validated healthcare data.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Operational Support

• Support project tracking and coordination in Redmine or similar project managementtools; follow up on action items and escalate blockers as needed.
• Assist with scheduling and conducting sync meetings to remove roadblocks and maintaintimeline alignment.

Data Validation & Quality Checks

• Conduct data completeness and quality validation using SQL, UNIX commands, andExcel/Google Sheets (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• Help build systems that fllag anomalies and inconsistencies before outbound deliveries tocustomers.

Documentation & Knowledge Management

• Help create and maintain high-quality documentation, including DAV submission files,primary source verification (PSV) guides, internal playbooks, training materials, andprocess flow diagrams.
• Ensure all documentation is up to date, version-controlled, and audit-ready.

Audit Preparation & Delivery

• Assist with compiling and formatting artifacts required for DAV audits.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of audit submissions and customer deliverables.

Process Improvement & Automation

• Participate in retrospectives and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Help identify opportunities to streamline repetitive tasks and propose automation orchecklist-based solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Health Information Systems, PublicHealth, or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience is plus.
• 0–2 years of experience in healthcare technology, clinical data validation, technicalsupport, or healthcare quality programs.
• Exposure to SQL and UNIX basics. Familiarity with Redmine, Jira, or other taskmanagement systems is a plus.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel, including data manipulation and visualization

Technical Aptitude

• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and basic familiarity with command-line tools (SQL,UNIX).
• Understanding of how AI tools can be used to streamline workflow and enhanceproductivity.
• Foundational knowledge of databases, data validation, and clinical data workflows is a plus
• Ability to work on complex problems

Communication & Collaboration

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technicalinformation to non-technical stakeholders and customers.
• Ability to thrive in a remote, collaborative environment and contribute across functionalteams.
• Proficiency in Bengali is a plus, particularly for internal team collaboration

Organizational Skills

• Exceptional attention to detail with a pattern-recognition mindset.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
