Khanh Nguyen
Khanh Nguyen brings over 15 years of experience pioneering payer-provider collaborations to drive value-based care through innovative technology. As Cozeva’s CEO, she leads with a proven track record in advancing population health, addressing health disparities, and improving patient engagement. Previously, as Vice President of Pharmacy Services and Population Health at Hill Physicians Medical Group, she launched a transformative care model aligned with the Quintuple Aim. Khanh earned her Doctorate from the University of California San Francisco, School of Pharmacy, and continues to break new ground in managed care and healthcare solutions.
Omar Nagji
Omar Nagji is a dynamic leader with over 15 years of experience driving growth for high-impact digital health organizations. He has held pivotal roles at companies such as Lyft Health, where he achieved a 500x revenue increase, and Alto Pharmacy. Most recently, he served as Chief Commercial Officer at Memora Health. Omar excels in scaling organizations and leveraging innovative technologies to solve real-world healthcare challenges, delivering measurable value to payers, providers, and patients across the healthcare ecosystem.
Rupinder Singh
Rupinder “Rosh” Singh has been at the helm of Cozeva’s technological advancements for over a decade. As CTO, he leads the development of Cozeva’s cloud-based platform, empowering healthcare organizations with real-time data analytics for quality, cost, and risk management. Under his leadership, Cozeva serves over 41,000 providers and has achieved multiple industry certifications. Rosh’s expertise in AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics continues to drive innovation, enhancing healthcare delivery and outcomes nationwide.
Nikki Asao
Since 2015, Nikki Asao has been instrumental in building Cozeva’s sales and customer success infrastructure. As Chief Strategy Officer, she oversees strategic customer relationships, product strategy and value delivery. With over a decade of experience aligning technology with healthcare challenges, Nikki is driven to deliver innovative solutions that empower clients to focus on improving outcomes. Her leadership fosters a culture of collaboration and bold problem-solving to help customers navigate the complexities of value-based care.
Alan Chuang
Alan Chuang brings over a decade of experience in quality improvement and strategic operations across health plans, providers, and integrated health systems. At Cozeva, he leads customer success initiatives, empowering teams to achieve clinical excellence and financial growth. Alan’s leadership is grounded in a deep understanding of healthcare operations and a commitment to supporting customers through their value-based care journey. He holds a Doctorate from the University of California San Francisco, School of Pharmacy.
Amitava Maulik
With over 30 years of experience in large-scale data systems, Amitava Maulik specializes in developing real-time analytics platforms that process terabytes of data to uncover actionable insights. His expertise spans data warehousing, distributed computing, and fraud detection, helping healthcare organizations identify and address gaps in care quality and revenue performance. Known for his innovative mindset, Amitava combines customer-driven feedback with rapid prototyping to deliver solutions that transform complex challenges into measurable outcomes.
Lauren Hill
Lauren Hill brings 10+ years of experience in healthcare technology and a passion for improving primary care through technology-driven solutions. At Cozeva, Lauren leads strategic initiatives across our partnerships, people, and internal operations. Previously, she worked at Elation Health, where she led their Innovation team, focused on optimizing workflows for primary care practices in value-based care. Lauren believes that the right technology can transform healthcare delivery, helping to ensure everyone has access to high-quality, patient-centered care.
Madhurima Dhar
As one of Cozeva’s founding members, Madhurima Dhar has been pivotal in developing solutions that drive provider engagement, risk adjustment, and seamless EHR integration. With 16 years of experience, she continues to spearhead innovations in healthcare technology, ensuring products that streamline workflows and improve clinical outcomes. Madhurima’s expertise in natural language processing and product architecture has been foundational to Cozeva’s success in delivering transformative value-based care solutions.

Susie Kim brings over 20 years of healthcare experience spanning multiple care settings. Her previous roles include leading strategic initiatives to improve health outcomes while advancing the goals of the quintuple aim. Susie holds a doctorate from the University of the Pacific, Thomas J. Long School of Pharmacy, and is passionate about advancing innovative solutions in healthcare.
Pankaj Agarwal
Pankaj Agarwal is a seasoned healthcare IT leader with over 15 years of experience in building scalable platforms that solve complex challenges in population health management. As VP of Engineering, he has played a key role in designing and scaling Cozeva’s platform, leveraging his expertise in data analytics, software development, and team leadership. Pankaj’s background in Mathematics and Computing from IIT Kharagpur underpins his ability to deliver robust, innovative solutions that drive measurable impact.
Yin Ling Leung
Yin Ling Leung brings a Whole Person Care perspective to Cozeva’s strategic initiatives, bridging technology with the needs of health and human services organizations. With over two decades of experience as a social entrepreneur and community health advocate, Yin has led initiatives addressing environmental and workplace health across California and the nation. Her background includes roles as an educator, nonprofit executive, and strategist, and she holds a Master’s from Stanford Graduate School of Education. Yin also serves as a Board Member of the Ms. Foundation for Women.
Shaibal Roy
Shaibal Roy is a recognized technology innovator with over 47 U.S. patents and a legacy of transforming digital communications. His first startup was acquired by Netscape, pioneering one of the first webmail systems, and his second startup played a critical role in BlackBerry’s expansion to over 400 million users. With expertise in database optimization and mobile messaging, Shaibal brings a wealth of experience to Cozeva’s leadership team. He holds a PhD in Computer Science from Stanford University and is a Silver Medalist from IIT Kharagpur.
