October 27-29, 2021– Applied Research Works, Inc. hosted its annual Cozeva User Group last month in San Diego. This was the first hybrid user group with both in-person and virtual attendees. The User Group was kicked off by CEO and Chair, Yin Ling Leung, and keynote speaker, John Gorman, who emphasized the importance of Social Determinants of Health (SDoH) work. Following the keynote speaker, there were presentations by Cozeva’s clients and the Cozeva team on Contact Tracking, EHR Integration, and Analytics. 

Exciting announcements were shared, from completion of HEDIS and AMP certifications for MY2022 to the new Cozeva Bridge dashboard where users can track linked accounts, data channels, overlapping members, and gap comparisons. Since its launch, Cozeva Bridge has reduced data gaps by 50% and linked 16 new accounts weekly. COZEVA Champions aka our clients presented on contact tracking utilization, EHR integration, and detailed case studies on Cozeva’s integral role in quality and risk performance.
