Experience: 3-8 years;

Academics: BE/Btech or any equivalent degree

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with US clients and the business stakeholders to identify and analyze core business processes and workflows.
• Facilitating work flows and operations with SME’s when and if needed.
• Handle requests concerning large data volumes on a daily basis, coming both from clients and the stakeholders.
• Identify data issues/risks and provide solutions for improvement.
• Advising on process upgrades to improve production rates and reduce costs.
• Creating production process reports
• Work closely with the product/project managers and developers to run multiple processes/projects smoothly.
• Work closely with programmers, engineers, and management heads to identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications, and devise data governance strategies.

Requirement:

• Excellent communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyse business processes and workflows
• Strong international business/client engagement skills (specially US clients)
• Hands on experience in data analysis, SQL queries, Python, shell scripting and Unix/Linux OS.
• Experience in basic project management, planning, implementation and E2E delivery processes.
• Any previous experience as a project/process management associate
