This event is for all users of Cozeva, regardless of their level of familiarity with the technology. It is designed to help both experienced and new users learn tips and tricks to become more efficient and effective users.

The User Group Meeting is a 3-day event that focuses on the latest and greatest of Cozeva (ie. new features, product, and enhancements), trending topics in the healthcare industry, with many networking opportunities for Cozeva users, client executives, and prospective clients.

You can register for this event via Eventbrite (Click here). Credit and debit are accepted payment methods. If you’d like to pay via check, please email your request to rsvp@cozeva.com and someone will work with you directly to complete your registration.

Unfortunately, due to the hands-on nature of the User Summit, there will not be a virtual option for attending. However, session recordings and slide decks will be available to all registered attendees.

Yes! If you register by Thursday, February 29th, an early bird discount is available. Regular admission registration will be open until Friday, April 5th, or until sold out.

A confirmation email from Eventbrite will be sent to the email address you registered with shortly after you complete your registration. If you are unable to find the confirmation email, please email rsvp@cozeva.com to resend it.

Yes, you may get a refund up to 7 days prior to the event or transfer your registration to someone else. Please email rsvp@cozeva.com, and someone will provide you with a refund or transfer your registration to someone else. In your transfer request, please provide the new attendee’s full name, title, the organization they work for, and dietary restrictions.

Yes, breakfast and lunch will be provided.

We will try our best to provide meal options for dietary requirements so long as you indicate this on your registration form.

The event will start at 10:00 am and end at 4:30 pm. Breakfast and registration open at 9:00 am.

Yes, all slide decks and recordings of sessions will be available ONLY to registered attendees.

Self-parking is available at a daily rate of $8 or an overnight rate of $20, while valet parking is offered at $10 per day or $40 overnight for your convenience during the event.

The venue is only 2.5 miles from the John Wayne Airport (SNA) and 39 miles from the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).

Yes, there are limited rooms available at the Avenue of the Arts Cost Mesa (Orange County, CA) at a group rate of $229.00. Please reserve a room by the room block deadline of Tuesday, March 19th, if you require one. Click this link to make a reservation.
