This significant milestone includes the exciting addition of Cozeva User Interface Entered + Enhanced Natural Language Processing (NLP) and FHIR output, marking a transformative step in healthcare data management and quality reporting.

Historically, the period between January and mid-February has been a frantic time for supplemental data submission as it was considered “non-standard”. NCQA Validation takes a prospective, end-to-end look at data streams.

Process standards review focuses on how data are managed: how data are ingested, the data validation process, coding integrity, quality assurance and change management, governance and data security.
The final continuity of care document must conform with the NCQA Continuity of Care Document Implementation Guide. This is evaluated through synthetic test decks and actual sample CCD cases.
Primary source verification verifies that the information in the final CCD matches the source data.
