Cozeva® is certified as a 2014 Complete Ambulatory EHR by the Drummond Group

Cozeva® Users can begin reporting Meaningful Use of Stage 1 and Stage 2 measures via Cozeva® 2.2.
Palo Alto, CA – Applied Research Works is proud to announce that Cozeva® has been tested and is now officially certified as a 2014 Complete Ambulatory EHR by the Drummond Group’s Electronic Health Records Office of the National Coordinator Authorized Certification Body (ONC-ACB) program, building on our previous successful certification as a 2014 Modular EHR. With this, we join an elite group of EHR vendors who have received complete 2014 EHR certification and hope that you will join us in being part of the Cozeva® family. “Providers concerned about the hidden costs and risks of a software upgrade to their current EHR should take a look at Cozeva. As an add-on module to their existing EHR, Cozeva can help providers meet many of the requirements, new or expanded, in Stage 2, including: Clinical Quality Measures, Utilization of patient portal, and Transition of Care documents. As a replacement EHR, Cozeva can greatly reduce, if not eliminate, duplicate data entry and duplicate registries required by health plans, CMS and state Medicaid. In either modular or complete EHR form, Cozeva’s real-time MU2 dashboard can show providers their progress towards MU2,” says ARW CEO Shaibal Roy. Drummond Group’s ONC-ACB certification program certifies that our EHR meets the meaningful use criteria for eligible providers. In turn, healthcare providers using Cozeva® are qualified to receive federal stimulus monies upon demonstrating meaningful use of our technology – a key component of the federal government’s push to improve clinical care delivery through the adoption and effective use of EHRs by U.S. healthcare providers. "Leveraging information technology for healthcare initiatives provides the opportunity to deliver a high-level quality of care and efficiency which essentially benefits and enhances the overall patient experience,” says Rik Drummond, CEO of the Drummond Group Inc. “We have been testing software for more than a decade and will continue to provide our extensive experience testing and certifying complex systems for multiple industries, as well as ensuring interoperability and security remain key components in the growing healthcare industry.” We would like to thank our loyal users for their patience, support and feedback as we went through the accreditation process. This milestone would not have been attainable without the efforts of our tireless development team who worked for many long and intense hours creating and preparing Cozeva® for the certification process.
